“I highly recommend Dr. Marc! I began seeing him for left hip and lower back pain last spring. I have been to lots of chiropractors and PT's over the years, and there are many great qualities that set Dr. Marc apart from other practitioners. He is not afraid to treat me like an athlete and helped me continue my new-found love of lifting heavy weights - even having me lift the barbell in our sessions and watching my form. He helped me realize that for someone who is already strong, PT should challenge me and not feel easy. He also used dry needling as a diagnostic tool to help me identify tightness in my QL. I always knew something was off in my left side and he finally helped me isolate the issue so that I could continue to use a lacrosse ball and stretch it at home. I appreciate that our sessions consist of working on functional movements in the gym space utilizing weights, resistance bands, and so many interesting contraptions that really make your muscles WORK! Even with seeing Dr. Marc only two times a month, the home exercises after our sessions have made my legs so much stronger and my knee pain disappear! I am so grateful to be able to boulder without fear for my knees exploding after a fall, and being able to run without any knee soreness.
