We cannot recommend Movement is Medicine enough! Dr. Bennett offers many services and works with dancers in group settings or one-on-one. She guides dancers through exercises to help with technical weaknesses and injury prevention after evaluating muscle vulnerabilities. She builds an individualized program designed for each dancer’s needs. Our daughter has seen immediate results and looks forward to her workouts each week.
